Loft Bed With Slide

A loft bed with a slide can be a lot of fun for children as well as parents.

It's a way of spending some quality time with your children, which will draw you closer to your little one, and just as importantly, they will draw closer to you as you enjoy your time together on the slide attached to the loft bed.

I can see this bed being the highlight of your child's bedroom.  It works well for a cosy place to sleep, and it also works well for a great place to play, due to the extra feature of the slide with the loft bed.Also some beds provide extras such as tents, or castles, or even come with their own princess style decoration which is particulary for the enjoyment of little girls.

1.  Loft Bed with Slide and Tent

This is a sturdy metal bed although it isn't the smallest one around. It is though, a low loft bed, which is something many parents like the idea of due to the safety aspect of a young one not being able to fall very far. - a thought that I also think to be an important one.

This is not a bed that will fit well into a small bedroom, as it does come out well into the room, so it might not be suitable for your needs if you are looking to save space in your child's bedroom.  One of the useful things about this bed though, is that with the tent underneath, it is a good place for young children to have their own personal space to store their treasured toys etc., or it can also be used to fit another mattress on the floor if there are any little guests that come for an overnight stay.

This is a colorful loft bed which will especially appeal to children.  The colors are red, blue and yellow, so will fit in well with the decor for either a boys or a girls room.

2.  Junior Loft Bed with Ladder and Slide

This is a useful, practical metal framed bed, without a lot in the way of fancy features.  It is a full sized twin bed, and can accomodate room for an average sized parent to sleep with your little one if they are having a bad night with dreams or illness.  It's nice to be able give them additional comfort by being with them during these times.

This loft bed, being simple in design apart from the slide, will fit in with most decors for either girls or boys rooms.  If you want, you can purchase curtains to put around the frame, which gives it a more attractive look for either a boy or girl theme to look well in their room.

This is a bed that will give you many good years of service.

3.  Pretty Princess Loft Bed with Slide

This is my personal favorite of all the loft beds that have slides attached.  I love the color combinations of pink and mauve, and I'm sure that any little girl will feel the same way about the colors.

It has a tent over the bed, a castle and a slide at the end of the bed, and underneath is a covered area suitable for play, so there is a lot of room for young people to have so much  fun with this bed.

This bed has a sturdy metal frame, which is good because a bed with this many features means there is a good chance that it will be a bed that will be used for lots of activity by the children who can have it in their room.

Talking about the room it will go in, this bed is a large bed, and it's unlikely to be suitable for a small room.  If this is the case, there are alternative princess style beds available which also have slides, so it's not as though your daughter needs to miss out on a pretty princess bed.


A loft bed with a slide is a great way to bring some extra fun and entertainment into your home for your family.  Playtime is an important part of a child's development, and as well as being a bed for a comfy night's sleep, it can also be a place for children to learn and enjoy their childhood.
